This is the first halt, former station, in the Ahr valley and still a signalled block

The freight siding has been lifted a long time ago, but the edge of the loading area can still be seen.

The station building is still manned by the Deutsche Bahn, as the officer operates the manual powered road crossing gates and supervises the access to the island platform.
